INNOVATIVE DESIGN

We know the importance of innovation, that's why we adopted a whole new design to meet the needs of violinmakers as much as possible. At the beginning of the development, we found many problems existing on the assembly clamps that are currently on the market: easy to scratch violinmakers precious instruments, poor contact surfaces that prevent the perfect bonding, materials not strong enough that lead to deform, and difficult to operate due to heavy weight ecc.. With our new design, these long-standing problems have been solved. We also combined with cutting-edge manufacturing technology to achieve the needs of bothviolinmakers and instrument restorers. A product that is extremely easy to operate and at the same time shows our attention to detail and innovative mind.

PREMIUM MATERIALS

We only chose high quality meterial to compelete our products: aerospace grade aluminium and carbon fiber. Aluminium, have both strength and lightness, circa 50% ligher than steel while maintain simillar strength. Carbon fiber, with it's high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight to strength ratio, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, make it a very excellent material that not many other can compare with.The merge of those 2 very high performance material make our assembly clamps so perfect, and the use of aluminium anodizing process only makes it more durable and aesthetically more beautiful.

REPLACEABLE, PERFECTLY ADAPTED,
SILICONE RUBBER

Our assembly clamps are paired with replaceable silicone rubber, and with their perfectly adapted shape design, make them suitable for both violin-making and restoration. We only use high quality silicone material, it has longer lifespan and good elasticity when compare to other silicone material or plastic, with those superior material property, those rubber can have a perfect contact point with instrument plate but not scratch it, protect instruments from damages. And their shape are also well studied, and with those special designed shape, we manage to make our assembly clamps with downward clamping pressure parallel with ribs, linings or blocks to make glueing process as perfect as possible, and reduce pressure from edges. More than these, those silicone rubber are all replaceable, make them very easy to maintain and cleaning, and for easy replacement with relatively low cost.

ADJUSTABLE CLAMPING RANGE

Our assembly clamps are designed with a simple and reliable system: an upper part with main adjusting knob and a slidable lower part which can be adjusted by unscrewing one or two 2.5mm Hex screw. The main adjusting screw have already a large adjusting range, in factory default configuration, it can accommodate violin and normal size viola1, or upto full size cello with cello assembly clamps. But user can also unscrew 2.5mm Hex screw to move the lower part of the clamp to create a even larger or smaller clamping height, and this design makes our assembly clamps more suatible in more variable works, and make your workflow easier.
